STEP 1: CONSULTATION
Our design team can either work with an existing design that you have or create a totally new design based on your requirements. Using computer graphic design tools to bring your ideas to life, our team will continue to modify designs until you are satisfied. (See Appendix 3 for sample designs)
STEP 2: DESIGN

STEP 3: MATERIALS SELECTION
All textiles and finishings are sourced from reputable suppliers. We can recommend the best materials to suit your needs, from quick-drying fabrics that incorporate the latest technology, to certified eco-friendly recycled yarns. We use only materials that have been quality and safety verified to meet international standards and specifications. (See Appendix 4 for sample test reports)
STEP 4: MANUFACTURE & QUALITY CONTROL
Our garments are manufactured in China by our specially selected long-term factory partners. Our team in Hong Kong work closely with the factories to monitor the whole manufacturing process, from sampling to product modifications, making sure that the finished product is exactly right. Once produced, uniforms are shipped to our mass storage facilities in Hong Kong and China for final inspections.
STEP 5: SALES & AFTER-SALES CARE
Items are then distributed across our uniform shops, in-school shops, and prepared for online orders and deliveries. Dedicated customer service channels facilitate free clothing alterations, product exchanges, or other enquiries. We are here every step of the way!
